Delete your account
The short version
Deleting your RideForm account permanently and immediately deletes everything we hold about you. There is no soft delete, no recovery window, and nothing is kept behind for later. You do not need to email anyone or wait for us to action a request.
In the app, which is the fastest way
- Open RideForm and go to Settings, the icon in the top right of the home screen.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account and all of its data are deleted straight away and you are signed out.
If you no longer have the app
If you have uninstalled RideForm or cannot sign in, email support@rzailabs.com from the address you would like removed, with the subject "RideForm account deletion request".
So we can find the right account, please include the sign-in method you used, Apple or Google, and the rider name you set up in the app. We never store your email address, so we cannot look you up by it alone.
We will confirm within 30 days and normally much sooner.
What gets deleted
Everything below is removed permanently when your account is deleted:
- Your account and the anonymous sign-in identifier Apple or Google gave us.
- Your rider profile: rider name, discipline, level, age band and language.
- Every analysis, including its scores, written coaching feedback, horse name, location, and its thumbnail image.
- Your credit balance and its history, including any unused purchased credits.
- Your sign-in sessions on every device.
- The internal text-only record of each model run, which contains no images.
What was never stored in the first place
- Your videos. The video file never leaves your phone, so there is nothing on our side to delete.
- The still frames sent for analysis. These exist in memory only while the analysis runs and are never written to disk, a database or a log.
- Your email address and name from Apple or Google. We never request or store them.
What we cannot delete
If you bought credits or a subscription, the record of that purchase is held by Apple or Google as the seller, under their own terms. Deleting your RideForm account does not cancel an active subscription and does not issue a refund. Manage or cancel a subscription in the App Store or Google Play, and contact them for anything billing related.
Deleting your account also does not remove the app from your phone. Uninstall it in the usual way.
